First, sign up, then upgrade your basic plan to the pro subscription inside the app by clicking ‘check plans’.

Yes, simply buy an annual pro subscription and cancel, after the first payment. You will have access for the year and the option to extend if you wish.
In the app go to settings > manage subscription. When you cancel you will have access until your paid up term ends.
